This paper proposes a Broadband Meta surface-based MIMO Antenna with High Gain and Isolation For 5G Millimeter applications. A single antenna is transformed into an array configuration to improve gain. As result, each made up of 1x2 element supplied by concurrent feedline. 9x6 Split Ring Resonator (SRR) elongated cell stacked above the gain eliminate coupling effects between components. The substrate Rogers 5880 thickness 0.787mm 1.6mm used for meta surface. Furthermore, performance assessed using S-parameters, characteristics, radiation patterns. final designed supports applications embracing mm-wave frequency spectrum at Ka-band, there noticeable increase in In addition, once surface introduced, improvement isolation.
